DESCRIPTION

The BIOZE 75 Thermal Break Casement Door System is engineered with a robust 1.8mm wall thickness and premium 6063-T5 primary aluminum, offering exceptional structural stability for both residential and high-traffic commercial entrances. The core architecture integrates high-performance Ronghai PA66 thermal insulation strips, effectively minimizing energy loss and driving thermal transmittance down to an ultra-low 0.9 W/(m²·K). This ensures superior indoor climate control, even under extreme solar radiation and high temperatures.

To combat severe weather conditions, the system utilizes an advanced multi-channel sealing hook structure. By incorporating multiple EPDM sealing strips, it achieves an outstanding air tightness of ≤ 0.8 m³/(m·h) and water tightness of 700 Pa. This tight barrier completely prevents fine sand and dust infiltration in arid regions while providing ultimate protection against heavy monsoon rains and water leakage in tropical climates.

Supporting advanced glass configurations up to triple-glazed Double Silver Low-E units, the 75 series delivers exceptional acoustic insulation up to 48 dB (Rw). Coated with AkzoNobel powder treatment backed by a 10-year warranty, the frames are highly resistant to UV fading, corrosion, and surface degradation, making them an enduring solution for villas, patios, and modern architectural projects.
