DESCRIPTION

The BIOZE 133 Thermal Break Sliding Door System is a heavy-duty architectural solution designed for expansive panoramic views and seamless indoor-outdoor transitions. Constructed with a reinforced 2.0-2.5mm primary aluminum profile, this system easily supports large-format glazing while maintaining smooth, effortless operation. High-performance Ronghai PA66 insulation strips are integrated into the frame, creating a reliable thermal barrier that significantly reduces energy consumption in environments subjected to intense heat and prolonged air-conditioning use.

A core advantage of the 133 series is its multi-channel wool strip sealing design. The embedded siliconized weatherstripping acts as a formidable defense against external elements, effectively preventing dust, mosquitoes, and insects from entering the interior spaces—a critical feature for tropical and desert-adjacent residences. Paired with a precision-engineered drainage structure, it provides a dependable water tightness of 500 Pa.

With structural integrity capable of withstanding wind loads up to 3.8 kPa, this sliding door system remains stable and secure during coastal storms. The customizable glass configurations, reaching up to 46 dB in noise reduction, ensure a peaceful living environment. Finished with UV-resistant AkzoNobel powder coating, the BIOZE 133 system guarantees long-term durability and aesthetic excellence for high-end villas and modern commercial properties.
